I know Kong, NNXT and NN19 can be pretty powerful, but we need a more tweakable sampleeditor. That would be great :)

I hope they'll update the sample editor when (if ever) they include sample loading in the sdk.

I am not really into sampler because I am using synths all the time, but what do these sampler do what NNXT and NN19 do not?

both do pretty well but I think we need a big waveform display with envelop shaping curves. maybe PH can add these enhancement in R9. like NNXT-2 & NN20

God, Ableton's Simpler is amazing. So clean and easy to work with.

Been using simpler for a little while now and I must say I like it a lot. If only I could do to slices what I can do in dr octorex then it would be absolutely amazing

Yes! I always wanted to be able to move slice points on the fly in Octorex or NN-XT while holding my hand on the keys and playing them. I could sketch out how a melody would turn out. Visual aspect of Simpler is a tremendous help.
