VMG-01 now FREE!
Hey,
I thought I should let you know that my RE, the VMG-01 Sample Delay is now available for free in the Prop Shop!
A sincere "Thank You!" to all people who bought the plugin - rest assured that the money I made out of it was tracked and put back for future RE development, it might allow for some nice artwork for the next project.
Cheers,
Normen

Thanks Normen!
So this Re is for delay compensation, how do you measure how much delay a device induces?

Theres a test signal out and measure signal in on the back. Connect it to something and press the measure button on the front. It will report the amount of samples of delay.

So if you have a combi-rack with about 6 devices to sculpt your sound for example, you insert this device at the end of the chain to get an accurate calculation of the entire combi, is this correct ?Olivier wrote:Creativemind wrote:Thanks Normen!

So you have to insert one of these before and after the said device and then adjust the delay of the device till the out measures the same as going in?Flavolous wrote:So if you have a combi-rack with about 6 devices to sculpt your sound for example, you insert this device at the end of the chain to get an accurate calculation of the entire combi, is this correct ?Olivier wrote:Creativemind wrote:Thanks Normen!

Thanks!
Very handy Re but would it be a big undertaking for the Props to incorporate automatic delay compensation into Reason?

Could this mean that true latency compensation is just around the corner?

for some reason on 7.1.2 after syncing my account I am still getting the log-in window, so it thinks it is in trial mode.
I worked it out by re-downloading
