If I had to pick one only it would be the full product line of Toontrack.
Other than that I agree with the comment above that keeping existing developers, and having them make all their products in RE form would be most ideal -- McDSP and iZotope come to mind.
What developers would you like to see support the RE format?

Sominus makes excellent plugins and they are not so expensive. Same with Klanghelm.
