So here is a question for you RE tech buffs. If I am wanting to run an RE effect from Reason, for example Zvork's LeSpace, and currently have Reason ReWired through Ableton Live, is there a way to route my VST's signal through Reason's effect?

You can run it using Link instead and route your Ableton audio into Reason that way (either by audio loop back or old fashioned line cables).

Rewire only permits sound going from slave (Reason) to master (Live). Therefor you cannot do this using rewire. You need to (as EnochLight says) use cables or audio loopback.

How do you route Ableton audio into Reason with line cables?

Using an audio interface that has multiple outputs/inputs.
Say you assign Ableton Live's output channels as 3&4. Then connect cables from outputs 3&4 into inputs of your audio interface (say input channels 1&2). Then in Reason, record inputs 1&2

There are ways to do this virtually, as well. On OSX, see apps like Rogue Amoeba Loopback or Soundflower. On PC, see apps like LoopBeAudio.
