Parsec Update 3db Or 6db change?

I did a bit of prep before downloading the Parsec Update but My readings are a difference of 3db and not 6db.

I must be using the wrong kind of metering but still, it's clear when turning down Parsec by 6db (on Parsecs Main Volume Knob) that there is not a 6db Volume difference between The New and Old Versions.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
