[SOLVED] All my REs disappeared - help

So R12 is seriously buggy.
Earlier today it was saying skrock Nautilus and thermal are broken and cannot be loaded.
Then i tried sync all, nothing seems to work.
I deleted Nautilus and thermal.
But i updated scalematrix.
Now it says cannot load data for scalematrix.
And when i reopened reason, none of the REs show up, only Reason devices are available.
Kindly help

Now it doesn't load any REs.

Btw it says scalematrix 1.5.1
But when i dled it today it was 1.6.somethin

Tried that, still wasn't working, fortunately i had bought R12 just yesterday, so i uninstalled it completely, and reinstalled it.
Now it works, thank god, didn't install the skrock stuff, it was messing up Reason.
Hopefully just like there's an enable disable Vsts thing, they could add enable disable to REs so that reason wouldn't load the USER-disabled REs even when installed, but everything else would run smoothly.

I dunno man, the software gave me an error that Nautilus and a couple of other REs by Skrock couldn't be loaded, then reason wouldn't load ANY Res whatsoever, after i reinstalled without skrock stuff, even scalematrix installed properly.
Can't risk this happening again.
Never had a problem with skrock REs in R11 though...ran just fine...

And anyway enable disable REs would be a blessing, i have so much stuff in my rack that i got because i thought at the time I'd use it, but i don't really use a lot of stuff... would be nice if those weren't loaded everytime and wouldn't show up in the browser, it would declutter a lot

Probably the files in the old directories were not transferred correctly during the upgrade.
Uninstall Reason completely and delete all files in the folder:
C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Propellerhead Software\RackExtensions
Then reinstall Reason and install all REs from the website.

Yeah i did all that, synced the REs again, but reason still loaded without REs, finally i had to uninstall, delete relevant folders, reinstall reason, then redownload the REs, now it is working ok.
Hopefully it will continue to work properly from now on.
But for now the problem is resolved.

Sometimes REs/the RE license could get corrupted. This happened to me more with R11. There's threads here about it. I would delete the cache file from the Rack Extensions folder, forcing Reason to update the license, and sometimes that would work. Hopefully this problem is in the past with their new authorization system.

Well R12.6 already has the new auth system doesn't it ?
So this should have not happened... anyway its solved for now so its ok.

Yeah but you just came from R11. So yeah hopefully sorted now 👍
