(HipHop Beat) Karnival

So,
I've been using Grain a LOT recently once I figured out all of the controls (I've fallen in love with Grain) and this beat uses it as well. This instrumental gives me the vibes of being at a carnival at night and the slightly eerie vibe you would get if you were there alone. What do you ya'll think?

I like the pulsing synth the track starts with,, that works well. The clattering percussion and piano go nicely together. The only suggestion I'd make is to add an echo/reverb on the clap. That's the only element that feels slightly out of place.

By echo do you mean delay for the clap? Because I do have a small amount of reverb on the clap though it might be too subtle...

You're very welcome mate. Yes a bit more delay or some type of FX on the clap that's around 1.00 min. It feels a little bare and exposed. That's the only small suggestion I'd make.

I don't know much about hip hop, but it sounds good to me. Punchy yet atmospheric.
If I would tweak something it might be the volume on the hihats. I feel like they would cut through even with slightly lower volume.

Thanks for listening and for giving some input/advice. I was trying to make the percussion and HiHats sound sort of cinematic but ended up overdoing it in the end. If I decide to write to it, I'll make adjustments so the vocals don't get overpowered.
