Hmmm... Interesting. Seems like something to try before buying, to find out exactly what it is.
For now I can only say: interesting 'premium' romplers.

I am very excited about this! Love these kinds of surprises
Seems good for soundtrack creators? Not sure it's for me tho.
just brought a used maschine studio for a ridiculously cheap price, guy even threw in his license for komplete 10 ultimate on top for free, so i might not have time to check this out for a while if only they released this a week ago, things would have been different, looks like it will be pretty decent yeah

Would be nice to see a video of this in action. Wonder what the back looks like? I'd like to trial, but would be nice to see it in actual use first before trialing.

Plus & Minus I suppose
It is great that they are giving reason a shot, I do like what they do..
My issue though is that I get most their stuff bundled into other things I buy including Komplete ultimate. And for that Im grateful to them..
But you wonder do these newer to reason big developers charge a premium to take advantage of us reason suckers, or it is to cover propellerheads cut of the product that drives up the price.
On a quick evaluation at 100 Presets for a 100 Bucks, that is a dollar / euro per sound on watered down versions of vst's There is refills that cost a third of that with 3 times the sounds.
Im just throwing out both sides of the argument.

Holy crap. This sounds great, and that UI is jawdroppingly gorgeous.

i have to say, their graphic design is on point. this just 'feels' like something very unique and high quality by Reason's standards. i'm a sucker for the marketing.
also, the shop has been in need of a Kontakt-like library of instant "industry-quality" sounds. the previews nail that modern cinematic sound. but i'm interested to trial it tonight and see how the sounds work in different contexts as well.

on the other hand, there's something like ProjectSAM which charged $140 for 6 instruments (which might end up as one of my biggest "regrets" if this thing sounds comparable). I wouldn't put these guys in the "taking advantage" pile, but I'm sure they upcharge the Reason market purely because Reason does not have a big marketshare in the DAW world and they need to make a buck off this somehow.PurpleMonkeyDishes wrote: But you wonder do these newer to reason big developers charge a premium to take advantage of us reason suckers, or it is to cover propellerheads cut of the product that drives up the price.

Great sounding demo! Could be perfect for my darkwave project. But $149...oh dear. I'll need to wait for a sale, I think.
Cosmopolis, out now: : https://timeslaves.bandcamp.com/album/cosmopolis! Check out the first single, "City Lights:
Sounds great and that Punish knob is fantastic! Haven't seen anything like that in Reason. Unique design and looks very cool when adjusting.
Looks like UJAM helped with these:
