Has anybody tried using Izotope's Neutron with the new Reason Beta?
Does it work as it should using the masking tools to compare channels with each other?
Izotope Neutron
It is working for me.
I got some crashes though, but yes the masking feature is working like in every other daw.

Neutron may very well be my next (and hopefully final) EQ purchase. It's so much more than just an EQ, and that's what attracts me to it. That said, the only other EQ I'm considering besides Neutron is Fab Filter's Pro-Q2 . Damn you, GAS!!!! Being a musician is hard.

There's so many VST's I'm looking into at the moment and Fab Filter Pro-Q2 is one of them. It feels like the ultimate EQ, when it comes to modern production. I'm so glad that Propellerhead at last enabled VST's
I upgraded my Reason 7 license to version 9 yesterday after hearing the news about VSTs in Reason 9.5. I also got invited to the 9.5 beta testing. I have Izotope Neutron Advanced and Fabfilter Pro--Q2 among my many excellent VST and VST collection. So far they all work great in Reason.
Welcome to the wonderful world of VSTs which many have enjoyed for years.
I have to admit that I must relearn the Reason workflow. It's been a couple of years since I last used it. My main DAWs up this point have been Studio One 3 and Bitwig 2 but I can see Reason taking the lead role soon.
