Open Old Projects?

Hello everyone. I have a problem. I can't open old Reason projects in Reason Studios 11. I have already contacted support about this. I sent him the song file and he was able to open it in Reason Studios 11.3.4 without any problems.

The suggestion from support:
- disable firewall (anti-virus program)
- set the proxy server to "off"
- disabling CCleaner

I tried everything but it doesn't work. Song does not open. Authorization server failed.
Does anyone have advice for me? Many thanks.

Yes. I did it in Reason 7.

Yes. Reason 11 work if I run it. I run it through internet connection via Login

It says that it does not get a connection to the Server.

Like I said. I have sent the project file to the support and he could open it in Reason 11.

Have you authorized the computer and/or ignition key and starting reason that way without loging in to reason?

Can you load the file then?

Wierd.
Send the file to someone and let that person load and save it as a reason11 file and get it back.

It works. I had to authorize my computer on reasonstudios.com login --> my account --> my products and then authorize.
