Wasn’t sealed but still had the registration card inside. Oddly enough whomever owned it previously never registered it.

I made a good deal a month ago too.
I bought a R12 license upgraded from R11 Suite for my kids for 200 bucks! Mind reason alone costs 499 and reason suite cost almost 600 at some time.

I created a new account for them and transferred the license, from my account. All suite Re's were transferred with the license too! I'm happy!
