In a very time consuming and tedious process, you can automate the tempo to resemble the tempo of the recorded song. That's because the compressor comes last in the signal chain. You can change the order with the little button located near the master insert section in the mixer view.

One major disadvantage of Reason for scoring, is that it doesn't natively support video playback. For that you'll have to either rewire into another daw, use Reasonsync or Resync software, or find a vst that handles videos.
