For my orchestral work I do love the RV7000 but I also utilise the Tsar-1 For the odd instrument and final glue in the mix. Like it. It's got really nice vibe to the track. Benedict is way ahead of me in regards to production as I've only been at it properly myself for about a year, but considering your minimal approach I think the mix sound great. (I need to get back to my ear training!!).
