For me it's now fuel and food. Lucky Reason doesn't try to throw their hat into the ring with the $29 plugin mania. My Reason collection is like my Melda and IK collection. I don't think I've auditioned every thing.

I figured out you need to use refill packer to get it to work. The sf2 would not work any other way.

Squidfont Orchestral soundfont was included. Back in the day that was a great one and still is. It's no longer supported in Reason. Thank you for posting this.

We have no idea since we can't be a flt on the wall. The (d)evolving OS probably takes time to make sure the main app works.

If I needed a history lesson all I have to do is open up the box where I keep those install discs going back to 4.

I have no VST3s I own, but might get some free ones for the testing purposes or trials/demos! Wohooo!

I stopped installing vst2 versions of plugins because over 1000 would show up. Now with vst3, REs, Reason will be overwhelming again with so many choices.

Now RRP shows up for me in Live,

Odd even after doing a rescan. It shows up in other DAWs with no problems. I don't really plan on using it in other DAWs anyway.

Not surprised they are dropping Iris and Break Tweaker but I am surprised about Trash 2. I guess there are many, many competing distortions plugins these days and iZotope seem to be heading down the evil road to "subscribe to our entire suite" type offerings. So many releases of competing software ...

I think it's fine for dance genres where the quality of sound isn't of extreme importance. I have plenty of pianos and now I go for the ones that load quickly.

I have Reason Studio and since it is overwhelming and would take a lifetime to learn some of them I have to resort to being a preset pusher.
