I'm considering to buy Loopmasters Khords. Someone told me that this vst instrument when using in Reason always resets back to the init patch (= not able to safe a patch correctly). Does anybody know if this is still an issue?

I still have not received a response. Every company should respond immediately to such blatant errors and not let you down with the damage.

Did you already try to install the Zoom UAC-2 to another usb3 port? Another thing you could try is to update or reinstall the intel chipset drivers.
I'm using this audio interface (CPU = I7 8700K) as well (without problems)
