A Reason Meet Up Section ! I always wanted this in the old forum , I know aint nobody from Swiss Around here but if I travel to UK , Germany , USA or whatever ...Sweden LOL well I would find cool to be able to say it on the board and maybe meet up with some folks ! I can safely say that there must ...

Might I suggest breaking it up into Advanced and Beginner. I think that's one thing PH did right on the forums. It's smart so it doesn't get too mixed up and crowded. Easier to distinguish what what is, etc. I don't know, I feel like the beginner forum became the 'sell your copy of Reason' forum. T...

Slate Digital sale going on this weekend.
During Christmas week there was a sale for the RC VCC for $29 with a free ilok so I picked one up that way. I later upgraded my RC VCC to the full VCC for $49, which in turn save me some money both on the VCC and an ilok. raymondh there is a deal that includeds an ilok, believe me when I say Slate ...

I was going to demo FG-X but it looks like even for the demo, you need to have one of those security dongle things, which cost about $85 in NZ. So I'll stick with Ozone RE! (Real issue with my mastering though is generally my mixing!!) :) if i may interject, slate does refund you the cost of the i...

Cool. VMR is incredible, although oddly, i am not a fan of the freebie portion that everyone raves about, the saturator/sparkler...
But the comp is CRAZY good. Wrote a mini review at KVR as i was literally floored by the quality. so i can get VBC for just 50 extra? that's wicked.

Pretty Please: subforum/section request
While I think that a CV subforum would be a great idea (maybe in a little time later), I'm not sure how to differentiate between CV stuff and "normal" Reason routing... Would each time you'd use a VMG be a CV case? Would parallel processing be? Of course some cases are more clear than others, but a...

incredibly cheap too and currently the best solution to lock audio in time when using plugins with latency without automatic pdc in reason. However do note to have automation on the grid and the song cursor in perfect time in these situations, VMG can't help there and you will need to bounce and sni...

Pretty Please: subforum/section request
Hello everyone, I would like to humbly request a forum section specifically devoted to CV. The topics "Patching", "Device Routing", and "Modular Design" are nearly synonymous, but a name that contains "CV" is preferable since it can be found on many of the ports throughout Reason. Perhaps a hybrid ...

Any chance i could suggest a dedicated refills subforum? And RE devs?
that's a fair post..Pepin wrote:I think additional subforums should wait until it's clear how busy the forum will be. We don't want the traffic spread too thin.
i just didn't want bad blood or thought i was trying to compete if i went with that idea, but I am happy to wait another month or so.
Cheers

Any chance i could suggest a dedicated refills subforum? And RE devs?
Hi, i wonder if anyone else would also like to see this? I had so many ideas for my own place, but it's more than obvious that this place is the one that everyone chose, so to admin and users, congrats. Thought it wouldn't hurt to have a couple ideas though. I notice in many forums, refills and re's...

Ernst's Official Announcement regarding the end of PUF
I lost all respect for Ernst a while ago...he is a dictator with no concern for his loyal followers. A real big F*ck you to us in my opinion!! Is it all up to him though? it's tough for me to hate Ernst, as he personally has been amazing to me on multiple occasions. I really don't agree with alot o...

how to archive old reason threads please
What would be really cool is to to just archive the meat and skip over any bad stuff in the topics, just the tips and tricks.. Could they be stickied in a dedicated PUF subforum? Not sure archiving entire things wouldn't bring back some bad memories here, just the good helpful stuff is what we shou...

Hi everyone! hope you are well. I don't get the rush either. I don't know about you but i have maybe 40 or so "tips and tricks" topics bookmarked, as well as tons of invaluable tips posted by (especially Giles) and other members helping me out in my own topics, that i will lose now. We all will. I w...

Reason/Logic Pro X terminology-- parallel processing, specifically
Thanks! No need for a template-- I can do that. Just wondered what some practices were. Was trying to avoid the dupes, and thought I'd see how others do things. I'm also running into a problem of not being able to rearrange mixer tracks in Logic. Is that right? Sure, I can group, hide, show, etc......
