Unexpected Reason behavior when creating new folder to export sample to

I assume that this has been reported before, since I recall this being an old issue:

When I export a sample, and create a folder within the export dialog in Windows, I get to name the new folder - but I must be quick - because Reason times out the renaming process and forces an Enter basically saying: "Time out - I'm timeboxing you typing the name of the folder" - and naming it to whatever string I had the time to type b4 Reason said "Enough".

Why?
