Just wanted to bump this.

The developer really should change the name. If he doesn't, he's an absolute dick.

Your quote is messed up though - I never said that.  That was said by jonheal.

Looks like a reworked GUI? From what I had seen in previous teasers. A bit tamer now...

I have not got Softubes amp yet and Cerebus is long time tried. I liked them both and also the Line 6. But oh so hard it is for me as no bass-player expert, to compare these while not even having them side by side. I am sure they all have their character and are not to be compared too easily, but more to just get a sense of their different flavours, it would be nice to have them in the same Reason project to listen and turn the knobs. As I am curious, it would be nice to hear those who have them tried, to hear opinions on how it is to work with them.

Where is Last Alternative? He's been obsessed with this RE for months. I want to know if this was worth the wait or a let down.

If he's not, he will be as soon as he signs on today and realizes the bounty that awaits.

He must have gotten it for free because of some connection / special circumstance... Wasn't free in the shop when I checked the first day...

Many Bass tones you can tweak out with SitBull.
More to come

Finally got around to doing comparisons with Sitbul and Cerberus.  Below is a sound clip with 17 sec of Jazz Bass direct in to Reason, 17 sec into Sitbul, 17 sec into Cerberus, and 17 sec into both.  It's only one clip into one sound each, but it gives a general idea of the difference.  Sitbul has a cool raw character, very 1969, lots of nice variations too with the saturations, EQ's, cabs, and compressions.

Thanks for doing this, John!

Sitbull sounds surprisingly good in this example... Cerberus seems to suck up some parts with this setting... Liked both of them together best! ;)
