I no longer have the time to use my Reason 8 and therefore I am selling my license.

I was thinking 100euro would be a fair price.

This plus the upgrade would be a decent way for someone to get to 11 cost effectively.

Is it a box or a digital download?
if it's a digital download you can instantly sell it then transfer the license.
If of course for some reason you don't use the newer Reason features, don't care and wanna just move to a whole new thing without bringing those with you via rewire/vst.

If it's a box, it has to be clean and not connected to your account either.

Hit the "show details" link. If it says, "Upgraded from:", you can't sell those licenses listed there.

I've had every upgrade from version 4 to version 10 yet I only have access to downloads for Reason 7 and Reason 10.

Me too. I only see Reason 10. Show details shows all the licenses I’ve had since Reason 4.
I also see the 6.5 beta and 11 beta separately.

After License Deauthorization, how is this continued? I have no idea how to sell it

I have a new version of the suite, the older version is useless for me now

From the look of things you can sell one Reason 10 license (which has been upgraded starting from Reason Essentials) and one Reason 9 License (which has been upgraded starting from Reason 6).

What you have to understand is that if you buy say Reason 6 then upgrade to Reason 7 and then again to Reason 9 you can only sell the Reason 9 license because all the previous licenses are tied to the latest version you have. It’s an upgraded license from whatever version you bought first.
In your case you started with Reason Essentials and upgraded a number of times until Reason 10. You also have another license which you obtained by first purchasing Reason 6 and upgrading finally ending with Reason 9.

Nah you can't sell old licenses if you upgraded.
You can only sell the last version you used.

The thing bout reason accounts are you need 3 things:
Codemeter or dongle.
The daw
Rack extensions are tied to your profile, they don't move.
