Resizing screens
What do you mean, "resize the screen"? Do you mean zoom into the rack in Reason? If so, this is supported via your OS, but not Reason. It won't look pretty, that's for sure. But I'd still go for the 27". I couldn't fathom working on something as small as a 21"!!!grueser2 wrote:Sorry I don't know this, haven't used Reason in years but am going to upgrade to 9. Contemplating a 21 inch screen or 27 inch screen, just want to make sure I can resize the screens, in which case I'll probably go with the 27 inch if I can.
Sorry, I wasn't very clear, I meant can I resize the rack, sequencer etc so I can have all displayed at the same time. I thought it was a pain toggling back and forth in the past. But back then I was using a laptop. Thanks. And yes you're probably right on about the larger screen, just trying to keep the costs down.

The mixer, rack, and sequencer are all separately resizable within the Reason application window. Or, you can split some or all into different windows to create side-by-side layouts.

My monitor switch broke the other day was looking at 4k monitors so in the end I brought a cheap 4k 49" TV (just over £300), Reason looks brilliant on it, you can see the whole strip of the SSL mixer and working with the Seq is a dream... and I run this off a laptop...grueser2 wrote:Sorry I don't know this, haven't used Reason in years but am going to upgrade to 9.
